Yes, I agree with your theory, but it is not as simple as “women expect crap” It’s more to the point where, say we shave our legs every other day, ok? The razor lasts…2 weeks at the most? It’s also in the shower, which is used 2 times a day, once by each person in the household, each one is 30 minutes, and it take 30 minutes for the shower to dry out. OK, so a thinner razor, plus it being damp for 2 hours a day will produce rust a lot quicker than a thicker razor used once a day, and allowed to remain dry 23.5 hours of a day. The male razor is also easier to be cleaned out than a female razor since ours are usually 2 razors, and theirs are 3 to 4 at best. I believe there to be Mach 20 coming out soon, with a down to the bone shave.

Anyways, thin plus damp equal rusting faster than think plus dry plus clean.

Also we expect crap.

Bri, first off, I fucking love your email address and wish you had pre-authorized me to share it. Second, about the razors, isn’t that the point though? If we have the technology to better shave a womans leg shouldn’t we use it? So what if our hair is finer and more easily removed, why would we be marketed inferior razors? I think the blades in “womens” razors is cheaper to produce and therefore provides a higher profit margin. Gillette has done some research and knows that women will let them get away with this shit whereas men will not. That be my theory anyway.

I believe the razor difference to be because of the male facial hair to be a lot thicker than female leg or armpit hair.
