I want to kill 90% of the people I work with on an hourly basis, but when I think about how incredibly amazing my benefits are, my cozy M-F schedule and my seniority on the old corporate ladder, I don't even think about leaving. Granted, this is my dream job and there are probably three positions per several thousand applicants so if I leave, I'm gone for good. I think it all boils down to whether or not you're happy in what you're doing. If you (constantly) wake up in the morning dreading going in to work then you probably need to start looking elsewhere!
